At Robinson EMS, crews are proud and excited to come to work and serve the residents of our response area. Robinson EMS offers state-of-the-art equipment to help better treat our patients as well as keep employees safe. You will find the service area to be diverse which provides many interesting and complicated calls for service. We work closely with our Police Departments (Robinson, Crafton, & Scott Township), 4 Fire departments (Moon Run, Forest Grove, Groveton, and Crafton) as well as closely with our communities to maintain a healthy relationship. Community relations is one of our favorite ways to help train and educate our community members.

 

Our primary response area is nearly 20 square miles and consists of the Township of Robinson, Thornburg Borough, and Rosslyn Farms Borough. Our response area is diverse and consists of residential, commercial, industrial, highway, river, railroad, trails, woods, & busy commerce areas. We assist Allegheny Health Network with both BLS & ALS transports. Robinson EMS also provides immediate mutual aid to our EMS partners Northwest EMS, Valley Ambulance, & Scott Township EMS.

Besides providing medical coverage for a large part of the Western section of Allegheny County, Robinson EMS employees will have the opportunity to participate in the PA Strike Team Task Force, Pittsburgh Marathon Medical Coverage, Rehab/MCI Special Operations, UTV Rescue, various public relations events, sports/event coverage, and much more!
